Mobile Application Development for Engineers using MIT App Inventor

The Collaboration and Outreach Committee (COC) at Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department CUI Lahore, arranged a seminar on October 12, 2022, on “Mobile Application Development for Engineers using MIT App Inventor”. This seminar/workshop was primarily conducted for the 6th and 7th semester students of to help them develop mobile apps for their final-year projects (FYPs) and semester projects. Seminar was conducted by Mr. Hassan Aslam, Lecturer, ECE dept.
Mr. Hassan highlighted the significance of mobile apps in modern IT era and the scope of MIT App Inventor tool to develop simple Android-based application. He also highlighted technical aspects of this tool by performing exercises during the seminar. The processes of designing, developing and testing/emulation were discussed in detail.
