workshops on History and Philosophy of Heritage Preservation and Affordable housing

Keeping with the tradition and practice of the previous years, the Department of Architecture and Design, COMSATS Lahore is pleased to announce two summer workshops as part of faculty and student development initiative.The department is honored to host Babar Khan Mumtaz and Hasan-Uddin Khan, two distinguished professors of architecture. Babar Khan Mumtaz will be offering a masterclass in Affordable housing (20th-28th July,2016) and Hasan-Uddin Khan shall lead a seminar on History and Philosophy of Heritage Preservation (20th-30th July,2016).In addition to academic development these workshops offer an opportunity for intra-institutional cooperation, essential for the development of architectural education in Pakistan
