Musa Jadoon is an Assistant Professor of Architecture at COMSATS Lahore. He was trained and graduated from Edinburgh College of Art with a BArch (Hons), accredited by RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects). He holds an MSc in 'Design Research' from ‘Bauhaus Dessau’ in cooperation with the ‘Cluster of Excellence Image-Knowledge-Gestaltung’ of Humboldt University of Berlin. His research interests revolve around 'making', 'creativity', 'design learning', 'science', 'knowledge', and 'artistic/social paradigms'. Jadoon’s research in 'Design Studio Pedagogy' attempts to address the gap between education and professional practice. His recent work, titled ‘Thinking Through Making’, explores the stages and sequences in ‘making’ as an embodied way of thinking in design studio pedagogy.
