Dr. Sami Ullah has done Phd in Management from Lancaster University UK. His area of research interest include entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial ecosystems, innovation systems, innovative behaviour and performance of SMEs. He has been an acitive researcher as well as a passionate teacher. He is teaching management, organizational behaviour, research methods and entrepreneurship at both undergraduate and graduate level.

Dr. Sami follows a discussion based interactive style of teaching. He makes sure that students know that it will be necessary to ask questions. In-class discussions with students he prompts students to think critically and relate to the course material. In each interaction, inside or outside the classroom, he tries to expose the students to something they have not learned or thought about before. He challenges them to view both business management and broader educational and world issues in new ways, thus expanding their knowledge base and providing them with new insights. This standard requires students to know not just the specific details of topics covered in class, but also how those details connect to the broader business management concepts.
