MS Hina Amir is an assistant professor of Economics at the Department of Economics CUI Lahore. She holds MS degree with a specialization in Economics. She is performing her duties as teaching, research and other forms of scholarly activity at CUI Lahore since 2009. Her research output includes several Journal publications and funded research project under CIIT research grant program (CRGP). She has also presented her research work in International conference held in Bangkok, Thailand in 2011 funded by HEC. She has been actively involved in organizing a number of research conferences as CBRC, 2009 and GFIF in 2012-16 at CIIT Lahore. She has conducted many academic activities with students on current economic issues as fundraising for Famine-hit tharparkar in 2015 and worked on CPEC-challenges and benefits. 

Over the years, she has also contributed as a team player in various additional responsibilities: Events management at department and campus level, Departmental newsletter and website committee, Campus proctor board, convocation, Orientation committee and admission committee at CUI Lahore since 2009.

Community service: She is an entrepreneur and started many projects for unemployed people especially in covid-19. She got entrepreneurial Coach training at COMSATS Lahore.
