Dr. Tamania Khan is an accomplished assistant professor specializing in the field of Management. Her areas of interest include organizational behavior, and research methods. With a deep understanding of the complexities of human behavior in organizational settings, Dr. Khan earned her Ph.D. in 2021. Her research and teaching focuses on examining the impact of individual and group dynamics on personality, psychological capital, employee motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational performance. Driven by a passion for evidence-based practices, she equips her students with the necessary research tools and methodologies to effectively navigate the business landscape. Dr. Khan's expertise and contributions have earned her recognition within the academic community, with her research papers published in esteemed journals. She is a recognized PhD supervisor by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Dr Khan is associated with COMSATS University Islamabad since 2011.
